I moved my lab/coonhound Flynn’s care here several years ago as he struggled with general anxiety, and taking him to a very busy neighboring practice was added torture for him. I also was not happy with frequent recommendations for questionable additional tests for a seemingly healthy rescue. I LOVE that Dr Ramos is the only doctor here, and she does everything during our visit, including the exam/shots/blood draws and I am able to be the one holding him. As he is so comfortable now, I barely have to help him stay still. He adores her and her staff’s adoring demeanor. She always asks holistic questions about his and our daily life and adds specific needed advice. The staff gets us in and out so fast. We never wait. I will say, thankfully we haven’t yet needed any urgent care (their hours might be tight for some), but they are always quick to respond to inquiries. They also take measures to keep costs down. The awful decision to euthanize her was made. She was no longer living a good life. I rescued her 14 years before and now I was losing my baby. Dr. Ramos and her staff have always been terrific. The doctor really treated Lexi with dignity and respect on that sad day. She made a deeply emotional time more bearable by her compassionate manner. It was heartbreaking for me as I held Lexi for her last breath. The doctor took her from me all the while comforting me, just as she had Lexi. I received a heartfelt card  from them with Lexi's fur in it, such a sweet gesture. Her cremains came in an ornate little box with her name on it. There is the doctor and two ladies who run this place. They all made me feel a bit better and gave Lexi a peaceful passing. I'll never forget the many happy memories they have provided me over the years. 5 Stars isn't nearly enough.
