  Vaccinations

Vaccines are important to prevent disease and illness before it arises. It helps your pet build immunity to certain viruses and disease, which helps them stay healthier longer.

  Spaying and Neutering

Aside from reducing territorial behaviors and preventing unwanted pregnancies, spaying or neutering your pet can prevent and reduce their risk for certain types of infections and cancers. We will provide you with the information you need to understand the procedure, so you can make an informed decision.

  General and Elective Surgeries

Our veterinary practice can handle both general and elective surgeries including spays and neuters, mass removals, and more. We carefully monitor your pet during all procedures to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

  Laser Surgery

Laser Surgery offers a surgical alternative that is safe and comfortable for your pet. Choosing a laser procedure can reduce pain, bleeding, swelling, and risk of infection. The recovery time after laser surgery is often lessened. This type of procedure can be used for routine surgeries, and is also excellent for removing cysts, tumors, and more. To see if your pet is a good candidate for laser surgery, please contact our clinic.

  Cryosurgery

Cryosurgery is used to destroy diseased or abnormal tissue through the application of extreme cold. It is used to treat a range of disorders and diseases, especially skin conditions. By applying intense cold to a targeted area, the sensory nerves are numbed, reducing pain and discomfort.

  Dental Services and Surgery

Like humans, maintaining good dental health is important for your pet’s overall health. Regular dental care can help them live a healthier, happier life. During routine dental treatments, we will remove plaque and tartar from your pet’s teeth, which can help prevent gum disease. This also helps prevent serious health concerns from developing. In addition to in-office dental care, we will help you develop good at-home dental care for your pet.

  In-House/Online Pharmacy

Our in-house and online pharmacy options allow us to properly immunize and treat your pet. This also ensure your pets are properly dosed and monitored during their therapy. We carry everything from flea and tick medication, heartworm preventatives, and pain medication. Our team will work with you to determine the right treatments for your pet.

  In-House Lab/Reference Labs

We complete regular blood tests to monitor your pet’s internal organ function. These tests are essential in diagnosing disease in the pancreas, liver, kidney, and more. Our in-house laboratory has blood analysers which can perform a range of tests. These tests help us identify any significant changes in your pet’s health.

  Digital Radiography

A radiograph is a high quality x-ray which can be saved on a computer and viewed later. It is an important diagnostic tool in spotting signs of heart disease, locating fractures, pinpointing the size of tumors, and more. Because it is digital, it can be sent to outside specialists for a second opinion or referral. In addition, a digital x-ray does not use harsh chemicals to produce the image.

  Ocular Tonometry

This procedure measures the fluid pressure inside the eye. It is important in evaluating your pet’s risk of glaucoma.

  Microchipping

If your pet becomes lost, a microchip is a safe, permanent way to identify them and get them back home. Placed in the loose skin at the back of the neck, a microchip is about the size and shape of a grain or rice. When a lost dog or cat is found, a veterinarian or veterinary technician will use a microchip scanner to check for a chip. If the pet has one, its number is transmitted to the scanner and the owner’s contact information can be retrieved.
